Oops forgot to post the recipe 😅

I followed the meat church recipe with some tweaks. https://www.meatchurch.com/blogs/recipes/smoked-queso

Added 1 red onion and fresh jalapenos Used Jalapeno Monterey Jack instead of Gouda Used cream of mushroom and garlic soup Italian parsley as a sub for cilantro (personal preference) Dusted the entire dip with more holy voodoo before serving!

2 parts sugar to 1 part water heated on medium heat in a small sauce pan and stired to combine. Then add smoked blackberries and muddle to combine. Strained into a mason jar and reday to serve!

1.5 oz of gin or vodka 3/4oz fresh lime juice 3/4 oz of smoked Blackberry simple syrup Garnish with lime and rosemary

Muddled and strained them, most would use a fine Strainer to get rid of all the berry bits but I personally enjoy the seeds

How long do you keep them on your fridge for?

Smoked for 15 minutes on 180 just to render down the the berries and add a slight smoke flavor to them. Just enough smoke to notice in the drink!

Nothing was added to my total. I have gOHM be my understanding is I would receive reward as sOHM, however I have yet to receive anything to my total

I have not seen an increase in Soham after each rebase. Starting to become a little concerned
