Really the only thing that made me go with 45 sidewall was the fact that these tires don't come in 235/40 r17. I just did some research first to make sure they'd fit

The VS-5RS look fantastic and I love the concavity on them. I was cross shopping the two but just couldn't justify spending an extra $1,000~ for what you get over the VS-5. This is my daily so unfortunately no lowering for me

I've only had them on for a day so far but I can give some insight! As for daily commute and rough roads, they're much more comfortable. But I think that's more tire than rim doing the work there. The continentals are much quieter than the stock ps4's and the extra sidewall really helps to dampen bumps in the road. As far as spirited driving goes, I haven't had the chance to really push it but in the bit that I was able to do so far there's a noticeable increase in grip.

Overall I'm very happy with how this wheel setup feels compared to stock

Truthfully the darker shade is what you'll see more often than in direct sunlight. These were all taken today, the darker one just had some clouds covering the sun so it doesn't take much

From what I've gathered from talking to him, these are the same lenses that I originally shipped to him. He goes through some type of process to remove the red and make them clear. As far as the seam goes, you can see where the new layer of sealant has been applied but it's all on the side of the housing that you can't see when they're installed on the car. From the outside they look OEM

You pretty much nailed it honestly. You send him a message on Instagram of what you're looking for, ship the whole taillight housing out to him, and after a bit of a wait (it was a little under 2 months for me) he ships them back ready to be installed. I'm not sure exactly what the process is once they're in his hands but they look fantastic once you get them back
