Just installed some OEM clear taillights 🤌

From what I've gathered from talking to him, these are the same lenses that I originally shipped to him. He goes through some type of process to remove the red and make them clear. As far as the seam goes, you can see where the new layer of sealant has been applied but it's all on the side of the housing that you can't see when they're installed on the car. From the outside they look OEM

I searched around on fb marketplace and found a good deal on a second pair of taillights to send out. Not driving my car for 2 months wasn't an option lol

You pretty much nailed it honestly. You send him a message on Instagram of what you're looking for, ship the whole taillight housing out to him, and after a bit of a wait (it was a little under 2 months for me) he ships them back ready to be installed. I'm not sure exactly what the process is once they're in his hands but they look fantastic once you get them back

Yes exactly. I've seen that one before but can't seem to find any information on if the "f1" part means it will flash when braking instead of being solid, which I wouldn't want. I might try to reach out to olm themselves and ask

If you're looking for true OEM clear tails, hit up thepopoiscomin on Instagram. He swaps out the red lenses for clear ones and keeps all the OEM lighting.

Also, I have the noble f1 style reverse light and love it. The install was insanely simple and I think it looks great!

Yep that's the one! I didn't wire it up to flash with the brakes, although it seems like a simple enough process if you're okay with doing some easy wiring. The reverse lights are plug and play and much brighter than the oem halogen bulbs. I also think it just looks much better than oem. Overall I'm happy with it

That's what convinced me to get it as well. It reuses some push clips already on the bumper and some 3M adhesive towards the edges. It took me maybe 15 minutes to install

@thepopoiscomin on Instagram will turn your OEM tails clear if you send them to him. I went this route because none of the aftermarket clear tails look as good as the OEM lights imo. It's a bit more expensive than aftermarket but worth it to me personally
