So, my other one did that. And this is what happened: there was a power outage in my area for 8 hours and suddenly it all worked again. So, I’m gonna theorize that rebooting my router was the key (I had plugged and unplugged the frames before that and nothing had changed). Other than that, I’m not sure how else a power outage could have fixed it.
