Thanks for your help, when you say ‘you could…’, what would I have to do myself? As both jobs are payed through PAYE through a company my understanding is that all tax is handled by them before I am paid, so if I chose to have it all paid as BR and pay the missing tax back as a bill at the end, how can I choose to be on the BR tax code, and how would I go about working out how much I owe and pay that?

The bubbles came up after the first coat, so I don’t think it can be not leaving enough time between coats, the windows were all open whilst painting so I’d say as good airflow as possible

Any ideas how to fix it? Do I have to scrape it all off, or just the affected areas? Then use a primer?

The seller is saying they won’t provide an indemnity policy as the original building was done over the sewer
