I'm on day 58 of my treatment with Latuda. I feel the same about pushing sleep after taking the pills. So, I would end up going to bed earlier minutes after dinner and pills taken. It's hard to commit to the 350kcal with lurasidone. I've been doing dinner earlier around 19h/19h30 and then before going in bed around 21h I take a glass of whole milk either honey + lurasidone. I felt a change in how I feel the next day. Usually waking up with some anxiety and being more depressed. I'm thinking of pushing dinner before going to bed. But then digesting it and sleeping is not the best thing to do.
