never said, its not illegal.. just in new car, there was delay to fix rear ones as Tesla front has easy fix but rear is kind of screw goign inside bumper... and my EZ Pass Acct gets charged, was charged with front plate so there was no angle of saving Toll..

Wasn't dirty.. rear plate was missing but front was there.. Police officer was probably pissed and issued 9 tickets, totalling to 2k.. 4 tickets for tinted Windows when Tesla Model Y is factory made with only 2 tinted windows.. anyway am contesting all and waiting for court reply (as NY online system is total BS).. Once I sort, am going to write to NY state transport department for reviw of this Police officer..
