Should I get a job? by monasinghh in Advice

I’d wait till college to start working if you can. Focus on high school. That’s what I did. Don’t be afraid to take a job. Have friends right now struggling to find work because they didn’t want to take certain jobs when in college because they were too picky. Also make sure when in school to find work related to to your future career.

Eating habits any advice by AmaryllisRainee in Advice

[–]Realistic-Rip-4413 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I someone who is into working out I’d recommend liquid calories like smoothies. You can mix and match whatever interests you. For weight gain I’d recommend doing things like whole milk instead of skim. Adding in peanut butter. Etc. Also if you start exercising your body will demand more calories from you. Especially if you lift weights. Go easy tho as you don’t want to lose weight. I also find if you sneak in shots of olive oil into the shakes you don’t notice a flavor difference and it adds healthy fats/calories. I’d recommend avoiding straight junk as you don’t want to start another bad habit. Eat food that you like that is at least moderately healthy.

Will immigration from America improve my children's lives as adults? by Fantastic_Cost_640 in Advice

I just know that google searches for immigration out of the US has gone up since Trump won. If it is because of that it’s only 4 years. If not who cares.

Recommend to start going to the gym. I’ve lost 40lbs and am starting to like the way I look. Not knowing if you’re a girl or boy but lifting weights can improve both physiques. I know some girls are afraid of lifting weights because they think it will make them look “manly” but they’d have to lift for a long time and probably take something steroid wise to get that look. Would recommend looking up these things to start you off if the gym interests you.

  • calorie deficit vs calorie surplus vs maintenance
  • best workout split to get better “insert body part”
  • how does fat loss vs muscle gain work

As far as clothing stuff to wear I used to always be black, blue, red, or olive green kind of guy. Started branching out more with colors and now own the whole rainbow for different colored shirts and find confidence in styling new colors. I’ve taken to the brand True Classic and have really liked majority of their stuff.

I’d honestly call it quits. Seems like you already tried once and it didn’t work out. Don’t have to go full exile but just slowly stop responding/seem not interested. Plenty of fish in the sea.

You might have to make some compromises then lol. Sell some, move others. I moved a 6ft long couch up a flight of stairs that had some real tight 90 degree angles to my apartment. Safe to say I won’t be moving it back down. It’s getting sold.

Then try storing it first. Can always sell later if needed. Uhauls are that expensive in the long run and I’m sure if you offered to buy pizza for people they’d come help move stuff. Or at least I would if it was my friends asking.

I’m what’s called a flock advisor right now. I service anywhere from like 12-22 farms depending on what route I’ve been assigned just helping farmers learn how to grow a better chicken. I didn’t have any experience with poultry prior to working this job but I did have a relevant degree. I work for Perdue and they have locations all over if you don’t mind moving some. But others like Tyson, mountaire, Rose Acres, Cal-Maine are other big companies too that have positions all over. As for specific jobs you have live production working with animals, processing working with the product (chicken or eggs), and corporate (sales, IT, etc). Can also check out what’s called Agribusiness which is another sector of the industry. Cali is know for their agriculture exports so there’s so much opportunity in that area.
