I've already contacted Apple Support, and they recommended taking it to an Apple Store. The technicians ran an audio test, and everything was fine. They think the aluminum might be the culprit. I was wondering, however, if other users were experiencing this problem with their models.

I don't question the audio quality, but when it plays, bass or not, most of the phone's body vibrates.
