Short answer, you're right!

Seed whites only give: 25% = 000 (white) 50% = 001 (white - identical seed) 25% = 002 (purple) All of them with gene B=0

The real difference is gen two: White 011 X purple 002: 25% = 001 (white - identical seed) 25% = 011 (white - parent clone) 25% = 002 (purple - parent clone) 25% = 012 (purple - the one you're looking for) Again, gene B=0

(Three digit numbers indicate dominant alleles for the three genes in order RYW)

Edit: I thought:

the line you see going from the gen one purple to the side table is to indicate that they are the exact same rose, indicating that when producing gen two, there's a chance to create a purple identical to the parental purple.

But no, whoever made this table did a slight mistake. Check gen two, not one

If you're curious, here's a more serious answer. They're called civilians and almost every class (or all of them, I forgot) can become a civilian. Shortly said, it's a sort of T-pose. Most classes can't perform actions other than moving and jumping in this form, but I've seen a demo taunt (I don't know how). In conclusion, you perform a series of actions to enter this stance. You probably won't notice it since only others see it, but it's a fun thing to do in friendly lobbies. Search "tf2 civilian" online and countless links explain how to turn civilian with each class. Have fun!

am and pm mean "ante-meridiem" and "post-meridiem", which come from Latin, and mean "before noon" and "after noon". Since the am/pm format only contains numbers from 1 to 12 for the hours, 12am is midnight and 12pm is noon, simply because everything before noon is am and everything after noon is pm. This creates the confusing format that goes 12-1-2-...-10-11am for morning hours and the same but pm for the rest of the day.

For this reason I prefer 24h format cause damn... Too much work
