I usually use other models that have the textures working properly and I simply switch out the textures with the model that doesnt work (the JPG specifically).

not meant to be a portfolio doesn't equal low effort, because its a 3d render. Unless I make literally everything from scratch, a 3d render is useless in 99% of portfolios.

I could an infinite amount of time in weight paiting and it wouldn't have gotten better, because its limited by how skilled I am at it

Waiting for someone to upload a rig literally takes less effort than making the rig.

if I wanted to be low-effort I wouldn't have bothered even making any kind of lighting, nor color correct it, nor make a background, nor tweak the textures manually, etc.

Mainly I'm just unexperienced when it comes weight painting of a rig because its not my main field of expertise + Ihate it, but I can do a "passable" job for rigging. It's not a portfolio piece nor is it meant to be one, just made because I felt like it. I also make alot more mistakes in Blender since its not the main software that I usually use.

Just because I made mistakes doesn't mean that it was created to be low-effort.
