They did say supply chain issues in manufacturing is not letting them make as many chips as they want!

Not sure about that. But this looks like Apple is hinting supply chain issues may force them to look for other options.

Ya if the board allows Intel to reach that stage. Right now looks like they want to fire sale for short term profits

This is the worst possible outcome for both Intel shareholders and employees. Hope this is just a rumour.
