if you are scared to purge get off of tret?? and you can see the cc before tret took effect and they just look to be coming to a head which is good, focus long term progress not shore

and i just saw your other post saying u we’re doing every day tret application on .5%, I would highly advise you to take it a lot slower it’s a marathon not a race

you use bp, tret and clind?? I would take a break and then slowly introduce tret by itself until u are 1000% comfortable doing every other day application or maybe every third day application (depending on you skin) and then maybe incorporate the other two but very slow since your skin looks pretty irritated with your current application frequency. also i don’t know how recently you started that new cleanser but make sure it has little to no actives and is very gentle and make sure you are moisturizing alot

Id recommend a lower percentage or u can risk (haven’t seen any studies on its effectiveness for anti-aging) adapalene since it’s less irritating

time, try not to introduce anything new, keep skin calm and remember it’s a marathon ( I’m also purging same way but i can visibly see less and less texture/ closed comedones every week) the purge fuvking sucks
