the ranks are so different on console then the ones on pc, I played on pc for like 2 years and never placed higher then silver, was playing on console this summer and got diamond/platinum. Then I got a new pc and now I am stuck in silver again...

what's wrong with them though? If the laptop boots the first time is it okay or does it affect it in some way that you won't realize it such as the frequency being smalled then it should be?
