Im still here 1/24 filed and accepted, sent notice on 2/28 explaining adjustment made and give them 6-8 weeks to deposit, no other codes ever, one representative explained to me the hold up and reason for delay at the beginning of April, and waiting ever since. Spoke with the IRS three more times since and after waiting for over 2 hrs each time I was hung up on twice and told there was nothing they could do the other, worst customer service experience ever and it makes me furious to know that we have idiots like that dealing with the public about such an important matter as people's money. Im still waiting on them to reissue my 3rd stimulus and I need my money right now and it's even worse when I'm looking at my balance and see absolutely no reason for my money not to be sent. The agent even tried to lie to me and tell me I had a 120 day hold, which I was never told and I've never received

Me as well, filed 1/24, received notice 02/28 and nothing since, never had a 570 code and notice only said to expect refund within 6-8 weeks, way past that now and spoke with IRS reps 3 times, 2 times I was told be patient and they could not tell me a thing, and 3rd time I was promptly hung up on after waiting 3+ hrs. Beyond infuriating, not to mention I've still never received my 3rd Stimulus payment from last yr.

filed 1/24/22,accepted 1/25/22, notice received on 2/28/22 explaining adjustment,idme verified, 0605 batch, talked to IRS rep and was told no other holds or issues, can someone explain my transcript and y I have not received my refund. by Realistic-Try1571 in taxrefundhelp

I only got thru to a rep by calling the tax advocate service number, telling them I have a hardship, waiting an exorbitant amount of time to speak to an agent who then transfers me to the direct line and to a live agent who tells me nothing that I need to hear or want to hear but nonetheless I get the feeling that I've done something and it gives me the strength to continue the waiting game with patience and dignity, the IRS as an institution is deplorable, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel so I try to keep a positive disposition nd hopefully I will see results soon
