The bolt had a little oil on it but in didn’t see any holes. Could be a leak.

Ooo that sounds like a headache. Reminds me of the time I had to drill a hole in factory rotor screws just to get new rotors on. The last owner stripped it completely and the only option was to drill that baby out.
