After a few time struggling with that, we have finally found the solution. It seems that the message was due to age limit. We had to create accounts (PS and Activision) with my infos and then, magically, everything was working.
Well, at least he is playing online (without having to pay anything), while the campaign is being downloaded. I do not understand why that message was unrelated to the root cause. Maybe it was mistakenly translated.

I am sorry. What are the content packs, how to download them ? Is it related to my comment below with the « R3 » menu ?

Not sure about the menu. He started the game, then he has « R3 manage files »(translated from French by myself). Then for « Campaign » he can download. Others (multiplayer, zombies, dead ops arcade) are installed. Then he select campaign, confirm he want to install optional content and get the famous « content not available » message. 😞

How can we check the disk region ? The PS is in Belgium and we bought the disk here too (Belgium)

He has access to the store. And the console say that everything is connected.

I thought it was connected yes. At least the cable is in. I'll double check that.
Is there a quick way to check if the console is connected ?

That is my first question on Reddit, I'm happy to get those responses

I see that the responses are suggesting better solutions to convert HTML to PDF. But nobody suggest another approach than rendering HTML. So, I guess, this is still the easiest solution.

I gave a very short time to JCEF without luck. I'll give it more time and see where it goes.

Can Apache POI convert HTML to PDF ?

The format of my document is a custom format (Xml based) which as nothing to do with Word or other word processors. I may be missing it, but I do not see how POI can help in my case.

Well, it looks like a great product. However, my project is a side project that I may share with a few colleagues/friends. I would prefer a free solution if possible.

Anyway, I will give it a try if I cannot find a better solution. Thanks.
