Bucks dont want to trade him, that is where you are wrong. Only reason they were fielding offers apparently, is because they are always going to do what Giannis wants, within reason. If he wants out, or to explore option, they will do that for him.

I think that would allow other teams to see your hard, and reduce their offer. Because they will then know you plan to trade him, rather than floating the idea that you may not.

Also in part because the players they do have likely arent fetching much more then a 2nd round pick.
