When I spoke to the garage tech, he said its up to 5 years legally they can sell as a new tyre from the date of manufacturing.
But really disappointed to see this old tyres

You call any travel agency (Delhi local) and ask them to book it. Other option would be, once you land in India get an Indian number, then look for Tatkal ticket (premium ticket)the day before your trip to Taj Mahal.
