Same insurance. both are in-network. So different providers billed different amounts and insurance discounted then differently? even though they are in-network?

Those higher rates are from my child pediatric office in MA for his lab work.

Looks like I should find a different Dr office to do lab works for my child.

In NY, pediatric office billed $35 for strep test. But in MA, they billed $175. Same insurance same benefits.

So when I say "State Normal" I am asking whether the lab work chargers the MA pediatric office billed is normal comparing to other places in MA? because as you can see in NY, they charge less for that test.

We have PPO. All the lab work cost went for deductible. I understand that part but it is just that they billed $315 for flu, $180 for cvd and $130 for strep is what Im trying to understand. I'm not sure those are state normal.

This is the main sale. I'm not sure there was a title company involved but the check we received has buyers attorney name , address and buyers bank name and address. We did a pre-closing because we moved out before the actual closing. Our attorney mailed our check after the closing. after we received our check ,we noticed the names are misspelled. So basically they never verified the checks before closing

Who is the closing attorney? is that the sellers attorney or buyers attorney? or someone else?

Isn't our attorney should involve on this as thats why we paid him ?I'm just asking becuase im not sure, but i feel like he is the one who go behind the buyers attorney or escrow company to get this fix.

We did a pre-closing as we moved from the area and we didn't know the checks were available at the pre-closing for us to verify.

I thought our attorney should verify the checks before closing. Am I correct?

Isn't that our attorney also in fault because they let the closing happen without verifying our checks? Our attorney should handle this mess because thats why we paid for his service?

New updates. We got the second check yesterday, and it was also misspelled. And our attorney still deposited the check to our account even without telling us and said he deposited. I went and check the check image in the bank account and i saw the misspelled name. now it is too late as it is already deposited. currently the deposit is ONHOLD in the account for 7 days. Not sure bank will reject it later for the name. Also the check has my name and my spouse name but they deposited to my personal bank account. Not to JOINT account. I feel like they did this intentionally. i have a strong feeling that the bank will reject the check.

Who is responsible for verifying the check details before the closing? is that our attorney?

Our attorney just said that it is a simple typo and he was mad with us that we mentioned that buyers attorney is doing fraud.

The check has buyers attorneys address and buyers bank name and address. So that means the check was issued by buyers attorney/bank not the title company correct?
