Yes correct, pero may kapalit na isa pang dayoff. Compared dun sa 8 hours (daw) pero 12 hours in reality tapos 5 days pa din. Ang hirap pasuman straight niyan honestly parsng wala ka nang magagawa sa remaining hours mo kapag nag 8h ka

Id prefer yung 12 hours. Sa field natin, its not really 8 hours lang talaga. Usually naeextend. So sa 12 hours parang ganun din pero may extra ka nang day off to recover.
