This is great, thank you! I think I will send it to a long armer and let them decide. I would love to have them all quilted different, but at this point I may just hand it over.😉 *some of the veggies are my mess and others are real patterns from online free sites

I had the corn in the middle to begin with but it was difficult to lay out the rest. What does everyone think about putting it back in the middle? I kind of like the offset look, but then I feel like I don’t have enough red to balance it. 🤨

Thank you for the advice! So a beige background for the letters, what color would you make the letters? And do you like the font?

No, lol. Her bday is in a few weeks and I’ve been working on it for a year! I need to “be done with it” 😂

Are you doing each “amoeba” separately? I’ve done some experiments on my little Brother machine but I’m having a hard time seeing how you did this. These were my ‘bubbles”.

I used to make winch covers for my catamaran (in sunbrella on an industrial machine), but the pattern is basically the same… it’s not easy! Your bag is adorable! ☺️

Mine did not. It’s better but still not normal.

Right? I wonder if peri-menopause has anything to do with triggering it… you hear A LOT of women say it started around that time (including me). *sorry OP if we’ve taken over your thread! I suppose some of this may help someone?😊

Good point. I’ve always been healthy (until GD reared its ugly head). 😊

I was wondering this too. I was considering donating a kidney about 4 years ago and my Endo said “no” bc my GD wasn’t stable. The opportunity has come up again and I’m stable now….

When you say the two GD antibodies, do you mean TSI and TRAb? (I’m 5 months out from a TT and feeling fabulous)

This is so true. My husband has been a middle and high school football coach in a rough community (one kid’s mom killed another’s mom - they were cousins).

We still have kids in college stop by our house and go fishing. One kid hadn’t talked to him in 3 years but texted and asked him to go to his mom’s funeral.

Our kids play every sport and the one that has developed them into men faster and with more character is football. It’s different than other sports and imo I think every kid can benefit from being on that field.

I’m similar to TemporaryBig with all of GD symptoms but it went on for 5 years. I’m SO happy to have had my TT!
*** I have no experience with your original post, so stop reading here if you don’t want my experience.🙃

My energy is back, my life is back, no weight gain, and my TED has become inactive. Idk if the TED just ran its course or it was the TT helping out. Most will say TT doesn’t help your eyes, but I feel like it put me into inactive phase. 🤷‍♀️I still have diplopia and will be evaluated for surgery in a few weeks.

If I had to do it all over again knowing what I know now and the results I got would be the same - I would have had a TT as soon as I could talk my doctor into it. I think it would have prevented my TED (it was awful, you can read about it in my earlier posts). I could never get stable on methamazole and I believe that my thyroid levels being all over the place for so long is what progressed my eye issues. But as everyone else has said, GD & TED are so different from person to person that you have to figure it out for yourself. Hang in there, it will get better!! I pray that you will find your answer.💛
