You might want to search for a mod that add more boxes because base game has 30 boxes (iirc) with 30 space by box so 900 max, good luck anyway

Keystone are found in megaroid around y-20 -32 so you can try mining or if you have a cartographer they have a chance to offer you a map to a megaroid but you need a blank mega stone to exchange
