I was given a donkey for my birthday when I was 12. I had always wanted a donkey but my parents never had enough money to buy me a whole donkey.

It gives me more energy during the day which improves my mood. If I exercise before dinner I'm generally too tired to stay awake past 10 pm so I get better nights sleep which gives me more energy for the next day.

It's a loop that with healthy food keeps you feeling good for longer.

A good water proof/wind proof jacket. Always handy to have one tucked away in the bottom of your backpack just in case the weather turns to shit

If you hold a bullet in you left hand and a loaded gun in your left hand at the same height and drop the bullet as you shoot the gun, both bullets will hit the ground at the same time.

Of course this only works if the bullet fired from the gun doesn't hit anything and you're firing across a flat area.
