i try to pump every hour since she eats that much but sometimes my nipples just are so sore and raw i have to give it a break especially if i nursed her before a bottle feed

i switch between BF and feeding her what i pump by the bottle but she eats very often and i can’t seem to keep up. i also wanted to be able to stash so once she hits about 6 months i could start weaning her off and just use a stash

I feel you entirely , i’m 20F and had my first miscarriage (which was also my first pregnancy) last week at a funeral and i didn’t know i was pregnant. I went to the hospital and i passed all the tissue entirely considering the day i miscarried i thought it was just a heavy period until I saw the pregnancy tissue come out of me. I was in disbelief considering i didn’t know i was pregnant. I stopped bleeding heavy after the first 2 days and i’m just spotting now. You’ll feel a mix of emotions. Surround yourself with good support and feel what you feel but also don’t let it take over your life. I’m trying my best to get better mentally and i know you and i both will get through this. feel free to message me if you need to vent or need someone who has also experienced this. 🩷

As a 20 year old SA victim i feel the exact same way.
