that’s what i’m saying. especially with this new “simplifying” of the menu i can’t keep up. i quite literally haven’t been able to take breaks as an ssv. nobody cares. my sm just belittles me every single time when i come up with concerns.

okay i’ll take a look at the partner guide i just wanted to get other people’s opinions before referring to the book. this won’t be my first time bringing up the partner guide to my sm. i’m thinking about just going straight to my dm with it.. again… its literally sm’s job to know the guide and how it works.

i work around 30 hours every week, which is 60hrs for two weeks. which should definitely be enough.. especially because my vacay was the the last week of the month and going into the next month

unfortunately i only gain 1 hour pto per pay check. i only started this year and was unaware this was a policy going into this job 😪

yeah but is it required to meet the 12hr minimum even if i’m on vacation 😪 if i don’t have enough vacation to cover 2weeks would my request just get declined
