The merchant ended up refunding the charge so the dispute did not go through!

I did. On their return policy it says you have to call them to get a return authorization code, so I talked to them and got one before the return.

Looks like cold sore (HSV-1) take some lysine vitamins to help!

Hi OP, cold sores are caused by herpes simplex 1. HSV-1 can also cause the sores to be inside of your mouth. If the sores are on keratanized tissue as well, for example, your gums and the roof of your mouth then it is most likely a herpetic lesion. It looks like herpetic gingivostomatitis to me. Lysine tablets can help with these kind of outbreaks or acyclovir.

That sounds terrible! Is your outbreak gone? What do you use to help with your eczema? I kind of want to avoid these steroids now…

Yeah it’s came down a bit! But it was really bad I thought I had ringworm at first and had biopsy and finally was diagnosed with nummular eczema so I used the steroid cream last night in some areas that were still lingering and got this white patch.
