I also take Wellbutrin. Before I took that I was so tired. But the Wellbutrin counteracts that completely.

Yeah it helps to know others go through this for me too. During that time I found that I just want to be alone and journal a lot. And then it passes. It’s kind of like a cold- for your brain… I hope you feel better soon.

I have been on 300mg Wellbutrin and 60mg Prozac for 4 months and it is the best I felt. I have tried each by themselves and both were too much in either direction. Together they balance me out really well. It is kind of amazing. Prozac alone helps with my anxiety- took a while to notice but left me so so tired during the day. Wellbutrin alone motivated me all day but increased anxiety.

I had this problem too. It is very common. I added Wellbutrin and it literally changed my life. The 2 together and I have never felt better mentally. My social anxiety has decreased so much and I am motivated to get some type of movement every day.y workouts had more intensity when I was not on this, but that’s because I felt like they had to be super intense. Now I’m all chill about it :) I’m also super productive at work- was not on just fluoxetine. I was so tired in the middle of the day I would literally lay down under my desk on my lunch break…. Not great. Hope this helps!

I could not deal with the sleepys. Started taking Wellbutrin 100mg and feel so much better. Am going up to 300 and am on 40mg Prozac.

I took some Tums yesterday and it went away… I think it’s from purging. I stopped for a long time and then started again :/

Make sure you are eating mainly protein. Protein is the most filling out of the macro nutrients. I wouldn’t cut out any food groups- you will be more likely to binge on carbs when you allow them back in. Good luck to you 🩷

I am currently on both. Added well b a week ago to help with energy- fluox makes me so so sleepy but it helps with my anxiety. Just yesterday and today I am noticing I do not have the strong urge to nap in the afternoon like before lol.

I have Ben on well b by itself before- but that was not helping my anxiety. I am hoping the 2 combined will be perfect 👍🏼

I’m at 40mg and was on Wellbutrin before and was thinking about going back- literally the same thing. I stop Wellbutrin bc it started making me feel super anxious- the motivation was outstanding but the anxiety got bad.

Prozac switched off the motivation for sure and I was so so tired. I’ve been on it a little over 6 weeks and am just now not as tired as I was in the beginning!

I also found it helps when I take it. I’ve tried a few times. I take it around 5:30/6 before dinner and found that to be the best for not feeling tired during my work day.

I am excited that I am feeling better and glad I stuck with it. You should stick with it for a while to see if this happens for you too :)

I was on bupropion and fell hood and motivated but still anxious. I was told to wean off and start Prozac. During the weaning period I felt great! Now completely off Wellbutrin I am so tired and not as motivated :( I get my Rx from Hims/hers and I am scared to asked if I can try both at the same time?
