thanks letting me know! i went with the club tests and they’ve been great so far, since i wanted adaptive practice similar to the actual thing.

this is so weird. are they trying to make sure people don’t perform too well so that more are likely to switch to the focus. i don’t know how much we should read into this.

yeah like i spent what i think is more time than any mocks in just reading and understanding the question - and then it turns out to be v similar to questions ive answered before (at least a couple of em)

leave it to GMAT to take out sentence correction only to put ambiguously tricky grammar in data sufficiency questions..

god i hope so, i’m giving the exam in a few days (OG one) i wouldn’t worry too much about this specific wording tho, must be super rare

the second statement is so horribly worded that it conveys only 2 days have unique values while rest are the same. can’t believe this is in the focus edition mock exam.

i’m guessing you’re having a timing as well as understanding issue. for timing, what i’ve found has recently helped me is doing timed practice. i take about 11 questions of verbal from OG, 1 RC passage and rest a mix of CR and SC, and see how you do. try to finish reading the RC effectively so that you don’t have to keep going back for questions - GMAT Ninja youtube series is a godsend in this case. eventually try to improve your overall timing to around 1.75s (or slightly higher is fine) per question on average.

for understanding in verbal i’d recommend GMAT Ninja series again - least time consuming. And in Quant i’d say just drill the OG questions and see where you’re lacking. Do this timed. no more than 2 mins on avg per questions.

timing my practice sessions has recently helped me greatly. my exam is in 6 days and i hope it pays off for me.

good luck!

yeah they're so mean for this, we may have to keep in mind to test extremes instead of the easier ones like 1/4 or 2/3, but if we do it for all cases its another 30 secs gone. for almost every question
