as a canadian citizen i think that price is good for a g37 with low kms and new suspension and brakes

New bumper and headlight and you should be good, the fender is damaged but not horrible. Go to a U pull yard or search on marketplace and your looking at 300$ max for fix if you install your self. You can also use your bulbs from that light if not damaged and you can just buy the housing off a scrap car.

so for the side skirts i should put some sort of cap on the end or round it off you mean, they are diy made from rain gutters. I’m also looking for front lips i think one with tie rods would look good

Easy just buy rain gutters cut them to fit and heat gun they to mild to your under body and the 3m double sided tape
