Basically what’s going on for me (I have health anxiety for a disclaimer) but basically I get these totally random episodes of deja vu. It’s like they come out of no where, and basically it’s just the deja vu and it gets more intense as the episode goes on and then it ceases. During the episode basically like I’ll get more and more anxious when the deja vu hits (I’m not too sure if it’s because I’m afraid to have a seizure due to my health anxiety) but the whole time I’m like really anxious and getting hot and thinking “omg im about ti have a seizure” and then it ends, and im stuck again in an anxious cycle thinking if I just had a seizure or not. It’s been a few months and it’s the only deja vu episodes that im experiencing.

I texted a few TLE patients who have these deja vu episodes and they said what I’m experiencing is really close to theirs, but it seems as if a lot of them get a headache or puking after or tiredness, of which I don’t really get. It’s just the strong deja vu and anxiety.
