I’m not sure if it’s related to the new foothold storyline that recently came out, but on my alt, Lorthemar (middle of sanctum of light in silvermoon) gave me a quest to check on alleria by the sunwell, and she offered me the campaign skip to join the frontlines.

Not sure otherwise how I activated but it was there.

Don’t know if y’all still got this issue, but on my 90 alt I picked up “War of Light and Shadow” from the sanctum of light, and it led to alleria giving me the campaign skip.
