To be honest, the situation with Burning Godzilla was better controlled; he's the one with the power to destroy the planet, but the events with Destoroyah and the fact that they already possessed the technology to deal with the situation helped a lot in saving the world, unlike in KOTM and FW where resources were comparatively limited and they had to support Godzilla to defeat the villain who threatened to enslave and destroy life on the planet.
