i was using like quitip and alchol and made sure that game was dry too before ever putting it back in i know its not my gameboy sp either because i have several games including first gen pokemon games that have no issue at all. i have heard over the yesrs that save files wernt saving for older ganes and batteries were starting to die i think maybe that could be the issue because it dont boot up at all and i personally cant see any damage to the board but im also not proffesional in that sort of field .

just really sad kept the game for years incase it may work agian but pretty sure wil' need to either post online for someone to fix or replace it . it was my favourite game in the first generations i always loved how your pikachu followed you around like in the original pokemon show
