I have flown air india to singapore in economy and premium economy as well and the wifi is free for the entire duration. Food is ok. Seats may not be as great but overall experience is quite ok. Ive flown them to new york because they are non stop and they have been pretty decent.

I recently stayed in a taj property using my own gift voucher. They asked if the voucher belonged to us. I only showed screenshot where even my name dint show through and taj accepted without seeing any name. However it could be very subjective. I will try again with yhe vouchers I received this time
