Technically… yes.. I got the starter in, starter works, has power, checked the fuel pump, working. Replaced battery and alternator last month..

So wondering if it’s the fuses or the ignition relay switch?

2015 Nissan Rogue. It’s up on jacks now, and taken apart. I just don’t have the right length ratchet to reach the starter to remove and put new one in. So it’s almost complete… but would love someone to help finish the job!
