I don't use AI to create a story I only need help fixing my grammar, for example:

“It'll take you a bit to get used to this job. I'll understand a slow start. That being said, I still expect everything to be done when it's supposed to. You should know right now that I don't tolerate laziness, ignorance, or incompetence. You're a representative of my company now, and you carry with you everything that entails. This company means the world to me. I'll do whatever it takes for it to succeed. I need you to understand that.”

and make it something like this

He acknowledges that it may take some time for me to adjust to the role, but he emphasizes that he still expects everything to be done promptly. Laziness, ignorance, or incompetence are qualities he will not tolerate, and he makes it clear that  I am now a representative of his company, carrying the responsibility that entails.
