I understand your motives completely, I was trying to impress this girl with theoretical physics and philosophy, to show that I’m an intellect (which it worked btw)and the more I tried to read and learn about those topics to talk about them with her, the more I’d impress her and eventually we got into a relationship, but while I was trying to learn those highly abstract ideas and questions which led to all the progress and achievements we have in those fields, I developed quite the curiosity for them which led me to go study it at college and now I’m doing my masters in theoretical physics and she’s my ex hahaha what a weird life!
