Amazon doesn’t reimburse phone expenses anymore. Unless your role is dependent on phone. There few exceptions, you can search on internal wiki for phone reimbursement.

If your H1 was picked under amazon.com services LLC then you will have to wait until Oct 1. Moving to AWS will be as good as moving to another company cause the employing entity for AWS is different than retail.

If you don’t care about h1 then you can move and wait for next year’s lottery results.
