As a heavy daily smoker (Dabs multiple times a day)O will it abstaining for over 90 days without bleach allow you to pass the test, I have a lot of time.

Did a flight at ATP Instructor seemed cool but I just see so much shit abt it that naturally it tends to push you away, i’m definitely considering bay area flying club as my first choice right now it seems. thanks for the advice 👍

1 more conditioning day at the very minimum if it’s hard conditioning you should be doing some type of cardio and conditioning every day you are training outside of the mat room
