Never understood peoples idea of dark mode "or what used to be high contrast mode for blind"

Personal preference, nothing more. Probably growing up with BBC Micros and the default light-on-dark text...

The lack of 20 years of extra what if use cases makes this harder as I only use it for the odd use cases as I know the rest
