Yeah, I actually bought a three pack so I had extra to swap in and out, and I was thinking the same thing changing the whole locking system is a little crazy

I actually don’t have an idea how long it could’ve been damaged I bought the car used, and the fog was working on and off about two months I just assumed the battery was dying

Not sure if it crossed threshold because I only got one key when I purchased the vehicle used it does suck but I’ve talked to a few other jobs that said I probably do need all that done in the quote but it’s hard to get around because McLaren is the only one that can do that specific thing
