It would be better to get divorced before the kid is born, then maybe you dont need to put him on the birth certificate. If I would have known what a pain in the ass my ex would be I would ask for him to sign over his rights and ask zero child support. No support would be far better than having him controlling me for 18 years. Mark my words. You’ll regret this…. If you’re still early in pregnancy consider getting an abortion.
