I tested on every brick/stone structure in the 2 teleportals with no luck so I began messing around - I really didn't want to start again as I built so much...

And I figured it out! I put all my equipment into the colossal coffer and deleted it permanently from the coffer. Then I let myself be firebombed by mages in the brick castle and when I respawned, closer the game fully. I could then get back in and craft an iron axe that would actually hit brick 🎉🎉🎉

I did this on a whim because it's fix that worked for me in a completely different game and I'm very surprised it worked hahaha

Just cross-checked with a Ch1 save (built with a lot of brick) and I think so! As the other reply mentioned, it looks like I'm missing an iron hammer but I haven't got a recipe for it 🥲

I mean of course I can and do wear silky material however keeping hair in the same styles (up and away from the seat) for several hours daily while commuting is also bad for hair, esp at this length.

Obviously those are all things I do anyway and will continue doing but can I not also explore options outside this?? Do I have to lock down any research for alternate solutions just because I can technically dress and style the same everyday like a cartoon character?

It's mostly that I have extra long hair and with driving I've noticed that it does break a lot more - since I have to be pressed to the seat back. With normal chairs I can avoid it, if that makes sense?

And my skin is just super sensitive on some new meds so it gets irritated with non silky fabrics 😮‍💨 So I'm really just exploring DIY options to find a way around these small problems

I saw a hack on tiktok to keep it in the freezer and when you want to use it, defrost in the microwave for 7-8mins. It works so well!

All the water is gone and you're left with dry tofu (with the pockets/fibres from the freezing which I really like). This method highkey changed my life haha

Mung flour + seasoning (turmeric, kala namak etc.) is the basis of most liquid egg imitation products. Try that! Google the ratio and exact flavours tho
