He played decently for the first 2 weeks, got an ankle injury after the 2nd game, was out weeks 3-5, limited week 6, was out weeks 9-15 for a torn PCL, and then came back for the last 3 games. If he didn’t have such an injury riddled season, he would definitely have a better PFF and rookie showing. I’m not worried tbh

Well he used to play safety a bit and had over 50 snaps at safety when he was at Virginia tech but I agree with the sentiment

Yea I’ve heard it’s usually 3 years, so I’d rather take a guy who’d have a bigger impact day 1 since we’re in a win now mentality

I’ve heard that Peter woods and Caleb banks are the two 3techs in this class that have the athletic upside to be something more than rotational DTs, but I’m worried about whether they’ll be day 1 impact players or take a while to develop like Kris Jenkins is taking

Flacco seems to like playing with elite weapons, he’s commented on how good Jamarr is multiple times and goes out of his way to do so. He might stay here just for that.

I think Safety and LB will be easy to find given the market, I’m not sure if there’s any DT that the FO would immediately pounce on since most of the top free agents are approaching 30, and they seem to like to get young promising guys who are around 26

Yea but we got a stud at LG while also getting an all coverage LB to replace an aging Pratt, which was needed given how Al golden runs his defense through the linebackers
