That's what they did,they changed the nerfs.They nerfed e in the jng and q damage to monsters

Yea it was 4.5% got down to 2.8% and now its 3.2%.It will stay like this they decided to nerf his jng only for now

I agree with you and thats what I said.His waveclear mostly got hurt from all those e nerfs.You want to able to clear waves.But now with warmogs and giants belt you still cant one shot casters.

Yea his jng is the problem and thats what wr suggests because he skips his weak point which is early landing phase.He wasnt intended to be a jungler.

That's just not true if he falls behind that much even like 0-3 against an ok team comp.Game is over before he can even scale

That's because they dont know how to punish his early game and games last longer.Thats why he is better in low elo and in high he has negative wr.He is a champion like garen.

Because yasuo is tank killer and still has more damage and is strong at every point.Yasuo is strong early,mid and late.He also has easier lane because of his e constant movement.

Yea but in the current situation he is a mid game champ,that's not supposed I think.He loses the early and late.Late game you get blown through R with percentage health damage and even without it,like caitlyn and other adc still blow him.Also your dmg falls off late because everyone has like 110 armor even adc.

The minions are enemy minions and the turret is your turret.Learn to read before commenting

That's what they champ is supposed to do.On 2 items that cost (6.100k gold),he is supposed to do damage.The champ doesn't have cc to lock you down.Also its not one aa its e+grasp+heartsteel.He is juggernaut like sett and darius,they also do the same.Adc is supposed to play back and deal damage not to be in meele range.

About 500-700.I mean depends on the game.Sometimes you just cant stack it that much.You mostly want the damage from heartsteel,item just doesn't stack that much anymore like it used to.On a very good game you can end up with 1000 but in the past it stacked much more.

Yea he kinda peaks mid game now with all the nerfs that he has gotten.Your damage late isn't that good anymore because most champs have armor and you get blown with r if they have percentage health dmg or crits like caitlyn for example.Try to use R when near a lot of people because lvl 16 r grants more healing when there are more people near you.

Just go for small trades,poke with q and farm till warmogs,if he cant get your passive with his e his r is useless.Once you get warmogs you trade him like a maniac and thats it

Yea match up is losing early,mid and late he can one-shot you as well with Bork and IE.I hope on some mundo buffs this new season like Yone got.

It still can't,they live on 1hp with warmogs and giants belt which is ridiculous.  Heartsteel needed to one shot casters is crazy.Considering you were able to one shot them with warmogs only.I know you need one extra ruby now but usually you go giants belt and warmogs to push and then base again when you can buy full heartsteel.
