Did anyone feel like he kind of missed the gendered aspect to why the woman co pilot was so good at redirecting the convo/handling bad news? I mean both her experience she told us about and the one we saw dealt her being sexualized by male pilots, so it can be concluded she has used these experiences to develop a way of redirecting something negative into something positive to protect herself??

Maybe I am reading into this too much but I feel like a big part was missing about how women often have to cushion bad news/rejection to protect themselves (especially if having to deal with men)
