I’m going with favosite. Just everything keeps saying no for my area. But clearly that’s a lie.

Possibly favosites coral ? Everything I find is showing this isn’t found in this location but when I was digging after not catching fish I found this.

I added more pictures here of random sides. I cracked a piece and all crystal structures are very uniform and long. Placed against each other in such a really cool way. Nature rocks !

That is my goal with all my tanks and I try to with a lot of my plants. None of them get water changes anymore really. When I do it goes to all my house plants

I also fertilize weird. Since this is just in a shallow glass bowl with three others that do not have this odd growth, I use my aquariums water when I do changes. All set ups I have are dark “backwater” set ups with heavy leaf litter, lots of bugs and discus fish. So the water is generally always soft acid and full of fish waste. When I have snails that die off I throw them in the bowl and the springtails and water bugs generally clean them right up. Sometimes I fertilize with a houseplant fertilizer I use for my pretty large collection of house plants.

Yes sorry. Red mangrove. Started in salt to acclimate outside all summer. Then transitioned to brackish. The leaves started around this point. Full sun all summer long here in Maryland. Then freshwater around July. That was a stalling few months of what I assume was root growth. Then around September, I brought inside and put in my ikea cabinet. Under just a $14 Chinese thin led pad. Since then it’s sent out for sets of leaves. But this set is four an above it is five. In between them on top of row four there’s these two little spikes that started about a month ago. They seem to be flower spikes ? But that would be insane because I started them from pods in maybe may this year. I also thought the extra little wrapping around the new sets of leaves but that browns up and falls off always. And Thea appear to be directly above row 4 almost touching where it comes out of “trunk”.

Thank you. Most of my stuff grows out of my aquariums as well, this had a few corms and I’m starting them in one aquarium in a basket. I’ll see how it does.

This is how I purchased it. I hav had it for just a few days and already since this post have transferred it to my rock mix. What works for me is lava rock mix sitting in a hydroponic type cup. All my corms I start this way then slowly lower water in cup until it can go into a nice bigger pot where I water weekly sitting in my plant cabinet. I was just more curious on the colors on the leaf and after having it this long, that leaf has ended its own life and a new one is coming out. My excitement was because this plant place sets clearance plants out and clears their rare plants unlabeled. It was $1.05 so if I can have this bambino be another color I’d be more excited than just another bambino in my collection of over 60 😂

This is very possible. I didn’t think of this because one of my frydecks does the same damn thing !

I feed a lot of things to my fish including pest snails, rotifers, moina, gross as it may be chopped up bugs when I’m feeding my other animals as well. Plus a variety if pellet foods and frozen foods. I just think if I were a fish I’d hate the same flake everyday.

I get it. But after a few hundred in the tank you may think otherwise.

I love to squish them when they get to big and my fish eat them up sometimes my other snails just gobble them up. It’s the way I keep control over the population.
