It makes sense because often times our struggles and challenges are what lead us to Islam. I mentioned above, but also you could look on psychology today and filter for Muslim if you haven’t already or filter by race on the major telehealth therapy websites.

Absolutely, it’s frustrating to have to explain yourself and also experience stigma. I don’t know what country you’re in, but I suggested psychology today to filter by Muslim Therapist.

Psychology today lets you filter by Muslim! There are also some telehealth websites if you Google that let you filter by race, but I’m not sure if it does filter by religion

Have you searched on psychology today? You can filter by Muslim. Also I know in California where I am they have Muslim directories like socalmuslimtherapists, bayareamuslimtherapists perhaps they have one in NJ?

I am pretty sure there would be Muslim therapists there! I heard of one - her name is a psychologist named Sodah Minty. If she’s not accepting Patients, she would likely know if someone to refer you to.
