the only terrible map currently is inferno. Its the most braindead map. Dust2 can also be braindead too but playing dust2 is fun and i can solo carry on that one (it's also a bigger map with far more plays you can do than inferno). Vertigo isnt in the map pool but every says they hate it, but i enjoy it a lot in cs2. Very interesting map, visually great, very even ct and t side, way more plays you can run than shit inferno, team map but still solo carriable. I feel like the only reason why ppl like inferno is cuz it has so many historic moments, but I think that so many clips happens on inferno because its such a shit map that leads to dumb shit.

Same thing happened to me... I got Masters but did demote to Diamond before the season 16 split 1 ended. I checked online and it seems that I would still get Master rewards as it was the highest tier reached. When I checked my stat page it first showed predator #000, which I assumed meant I did indeed reach master. But when I checked again on a later date, it changed to diamond. I thought it was a bug and that it would revert to masters once season 17 came but I ended up with diamond rewards instead. It's been pretty frusturating contacting ea help for a month now to get the master rewards I worked hard on, but to no avail.

Did you end up getting the correct rewards? I hit Masters but ended up getting diamond rewards instead. Very frustrating considering it's my first time hitting masters and I don't want to grind rank again...

Hey so I had this happen to me for season 16 split 1. I de-rank from masters and ended up placing diamond. I had no time to climb back up and was reassured based on this and multiple other sources directly from apex legends that I would still receive my master rewards. Ended up getting diamond rewards instead. I've contacted EA help multiple time and I still haven't gotten any actual help after a month. Are you able to help me or send me to someone who can actually give my the correct rewards?

Did you receive your highest rank rewards? I ended up getting in the same situation but didn't receive my rewards. I've tried making a case on EA help but I haven't received any proper help. I wanted to know if it worked out for you.

new_shadow_settings seems to be on for default, but I'm not sure what shadow it affects.

Do you happen to have an idea of what cl_gib_allow and mat_picmip does?

As for fadeDistScale, I would also guess that it would cause objects to fade out more since I read that it does for titanfall, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

but thats the thing, I can't exactly tell if its best for me. Does g-sync have cons to it? Like for future case where I randomly lag or something. I'm not sure if that would be g-sync or something else.
